* abilist: New directory of libfoo.abilist files maintained using
scripts/merge-abilist.awk and "make update-abi" rules.
* Makefile (distribute): Add abilist/*.abilist.
* Makerules [$(build-shared) = yes] [$(subdir)] (tests):
Depend on check-abi.
