(__u_quad_t): Make unsigned long int if 64-bit.
(__SQUAD_TYPE): Make long int if 64-bit.
(__UQUAD_TYPE): Make unsigned long int if 64-bit.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/s390/bits/typesizes.h: Remove.
