* configure.in: Check for -fpie and -pie compiler options.
* config.make.in (have-fpie): Define.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/alpha/sys/sysmacros.h: Removed.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/sparc/sys/sysmacros.h: Removed.
