* init.c (__pthread_initialize_minimal_internal): Don't mark as
constructor.

* Makefile ($(inst_libdir)/libpthread.so): Depend on
$(common-objpfx)format.lds, include that into the output script.
Fix comment.
(extra-B-pthread.so): Change linuxthreads/ into nptl/.
* io/sys/stat.h [__USE_MISC]: Define __need_timespec for struct stat.
