2018-12-07test/*: use std::*tupleJames Zern
since: 77fa51003 Replace deprecated scoped_ptr with unique_ptr c++11 has been required so <tuple> is safe to use Change-Id: I873cb953104b361a8503b5839a3372ce2b99e73c
2018-09-15cosmetics: normalize include guardsJames Zern
use the recommended format [1] of: <PROJECT>_<PATH>_<FILE>_H_ [1] https://google.github.io/styleguide/cppguide.html#The__define_Guard "All header files should have #define guards to prevent multiple inclusion. The format of the symbol name should be <PROJECT>_<PATH>_<FILE>_H_." Change-Id: I2e8ab0b32fb23c30fa43cff5fec12d043c0d2037
2018-03-28test: use testing::*tuple instead of std::tr1James Zern
googletest imports tuple into testing to allow for compatibility across c++ versions where tuple may be in std::tr1 or std. fixes deprecation warnings under visual studio 2017 Change-Id: Id78b372d5478b12d8c8f63fd3f2166fec25aa8be

2013-01-23Adds an error-resilient mode with testDeb Mukherjee
Adds an error-resilient mode where frames can be continued to be decoded even when there are errors (due to network losses) on a prior frame. Specifically, backward updates are turned off and probabilities of various symbols are reset to defaults at the beginning of each frame. Further, the last frame's mvs are not used for the mv reference list, and the sorting of the initial list based on search on previous frames is turned off as well. Also adds a test where an arbitrary set of frames are skipped from decoding to simulate errors. The test verifies (1) that if the error frames are droppable - i.e. frame buffer updates have been turned off - there are no mismatch errors for the remaining frames after the error frames; and (2) if the error-frames are non droppable, there are not only no decoding errors but the mismatch PSNR between the decoder's version of the post-error frames and the encoder's version is at least 20 dB. 2012-07-10Add unit test for vp8_sixtap_predict functionsYunqing Wang
This unit test tests vp8_sixtap_predict function against preset data and random generated data. The test against preset data checks the correctness of the functions, and the test against random data checks if the optimized six-tap predictor functions generate matching result as the c functions. It tests the following functions: vp8_sixtap_predict16x16_c vp8_sixtap_predict16x16_mmx vp8_sixtap_predict16x16_sse2 vp8_sixtap_predict16x16_ssse3 vp8_sixtap_predict8x8_c vp8_sixtap_predict8x8_mmx vp8_sixtap_predict8x8_sse2 vp8_sixtap_predict8x8_ssse3 vp8_sixtap_predict8x4_c vp8_sixtap_predict8x4_mmx vp8_sixtap_predict8x4_sse2 vp8_sixtap_predict8x4_ssse3 vp8_sixtap_predict4x4_c vp8_sixtap_predict4x4_mmx vp8_sixtap_predict4x4_ssse3 Change-Id: I6de097898ebca34a4c8020aed1e8dde5cd3e493b
