Subject: Update.

	* sysdeps/i386/useldt.h: Go back to using 16-bit instructions when
	loading/reading segment registers.  Some old hardware doesn't
	handle the 32-bit instructions as expected.
	* sysdeps/i386/tls.h: Likewise.
