Subject: ug_CN locale: Fix noexpr and yesexpr

	* localedata/locales/ug_CN (LC_MESSAGES): Fix noexpr and yesexpr
	by including the first letters of nostr and yesexpr in the regexp.
	Also make it more readable by using ASCII where possible.
