table, which is much more likely to exist than debugging symbols.
(printsym): Remove const.
(load_shobj): Don't use _dl_pagesize. Fix mapping of section
header table.
* libc.map: Export __profile_frequency, used by elf/sprof, to
avoid infinite recursion during startup.
