sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/alpha/sigcontextinfo.h (SIGCONTEXT): Add _code argument, pass sigcontext by pointer. (SIGCONTEXT_EXTRA_ARGS): Likewise. (GET_PC, GET_FRAME, GET_STACK): Expect ctx as pointer.
