* math/Makefile: Remove -Wno-write-strings since it's only needed
by one file.
* intl/Makefile (CFLAGS-bindtextdom.c): The code has been fixed,
we don't need to disable the warnings anymore, remove them.
(CFLAGS-finddomain.c): Likewise.
(CFLAGS-localealias.c): Likewise.
