Remove sysdeps/alpha/bb_init_func.S
Since the generic __bb_init_func has been removed by commit 7ed87317c7fb, there is no need for sysdeps/alpha/bb_init_func.S. [BZ #21974] * sysdeps/alpha/bb_init_func.S: Removed.
