* sysdeps/i386/memchr.S: Check high bound against
chars actually scanned.
* sysdeps/i386/memcmp.S: Likewise.
* sysdeps/i386/stpncpy.S: Adjust high-bound check to
account for pointers that lie one beyond end-of-buffer.
