* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/alpha/Makefile (CFLAGS-ioperm.c): New
variable to prevent warnings from use of modern CPU instructions.
Patch by Richard Henderson <rth@cygnus.com>.
* sysdeps/unix/opendir.c: Test whether NAME is directory before
opening it.
