* sysdeps/s390/bits/string.h: New unified 31/64 bit string.h.
* sysdeps/s390/s390-32/bits/string.h: Remove.
* sysdeps/s390/s390-64/bits/string.h: Remove.
* sysdeps/s390/s390-32/strcmp.S: New file.
