* scripts/abilist.awk: Reject data items with apparent 0 size.
* scripts/merge-abilist.awk: Restore hack to elide pattern foo.*/bar
after foo.* as if it were a duplicate.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/ia64/brk.S: Add .type and .size for __curbrk.
__ASSUME_POSIX_TIMERS for Linux 2.5.63 and up.
