Add sparc optimized {l,}rint{,f} for 32-bit v9 and 64-bit.
* sysdeps/sparc/sparc32/sparcv9/fpu/s_llrint.S: New file.
* sysdeps/sparc/sparc32/sparcv9/fpu/s_llrintf.S: New file.
