obstack_ptr_grow_fast, obstack_room): Remove declarations of
nonexistent functions.

(EALIGN): Generate size and alignment for opd entry.
(END): Use DOT_LABEL in ASM_SIZE_DIRECTIVE.
(END_GEN_TB): Use DOT_LABEL in ASM_SIZE_DIRECTIVE.
