* sysdeps/posix/getaddrinfo.c (fls): New function.
(gaih_inet): Don't use ffs, use fls. Convert address to native byte
order first.
* posix/Makefile (tests): Add tst-rfc3484.
* posix/tst-rfc3484.c: New file.
