htl: Enable more cancellation tests
* nptl/tst-cancel-self-cancelstate.c, tst-cancel-self.c, tst-cancel9.c, tst-cancelx9.c: Move to... * sysdeps/pthread: ... here. * nptl/Makefile: Move corresponding references and rules to... * sysdeps/pthread/Makefile: ... here.
