* csu/Makefile ($(objpfx)crt%.o): Replace implicit rule with a static
pattern rule. The implicit rule could be ruled out when $(objpfx)
didn't exist at the time of its consideration (ugh!).
* Makerules (+make-deps): Fix target matching.
Use $(sed-remove-dotdot).
