* rt/aio.h: Likewise.
* signal/signal.h: Likewise.
* socket/sys/socket.h: Likewise.
* stdlib/ucontext.h: Likewise.
* streams/stropts.h: Likewise.

* posix/spawn.h: Add declarations for posix_spawnattr_getscheparam
