* db/Makefile (subdir-dirs): Renamed from dbdirs.
* Makerules (distinfo-vars): Add subdir-dirs.
* MakeTAGS: Remove vpath directives.
(all-dirs): Prepend $(subdir-dirs).
(all-sources, all-headers): Use wildcard to find sources.
