* sysdeps/ia64/pt-machine.h (FLOATING_STACKS): Define.
(ARCH_STACK_MAX_SIZE): Define.
* manager.c (pthread_allocate_stack): Handle FLOATING_STACKS with
NEED_SEPARATE_REGISTER_STACK.
