* io/Makefile (tests): Add tst-symlinkat, tst-linkat, tst-readlinkat,
tst-mkdirat, tst-mknodat, and tst-mkfifoat. * io/tst-mkdirat.c: New file. * io/tst-mknodat.c: New file. * io/tst-mkfifoat.c: New file.
