Update.
* iconvdata/Makefile: Add rules for ISO-2022-KR.
* iconvdata/iso-2022-kr.c: New file.
* iconvdata/gconv-modules: Add entry for ISO-2022-JP, ISO-2022-JP-2,
and ISO-2022-KR.
