Update.
* iconvdata/gbgbk.c: New file.
* iconvdata/Makefile (modules): Add GBGBK.
(distribute): Add gbgbk.c.
* iconvdata/gconv-modules: Add entries for GBGBK modules.
* iconvdata/euc-cn.c: Fix comment.
* iconvdata/gbk.c: Optimize the switch statement in the conversion
