(msgcatdir): New variable. * catgets/Makefile (CPPFLAGS): Define NLSPATH using msgcatdir. * elf/Makefile (bash-ldd-rewrite): Replace @TEXTDOMAINDIR@ using msgcatdir. * intl/Makefile (install-others): Install locale.alias in msgcatdir.
