macro.

* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/mips/bits/fcntl.h (O_LARGEFILE,
O_NOFOLLOW, O_DIRECT): New macros.
(O_DIRECTORY): Correct definition according to official 2.1.126.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/sparc/bits/fcntl.h (O_DIRECTORY,
O_NOFOLLOW): New macros.
