Update.

* dlfcn/dlsym.c: Get ld.so loading lock before the call into ld.so.
* dlfcn/dlvsym.c: Likewise.
* elf/dl-addr.c: Get loading lock while using _dl_loaded data.
* elf/dl-fini.c: Likewise.
