* Makeconfig (static-start-installed-name): Set to
$(start-installed-name) if not defined.
(+link-static): Use $(static-start-installed-name) instead of
$(start-installed-name).
* sysdeps/mach/hurd/i386/Makefile (static-start-installed-name):
Set to crt0.o.
