Update.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/ia64/pthread_once.c: Use __builtin_expect.
Use __lll_add instead of spelling it out. Use protected symbol names.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/ia64/sem_post.c: Use __builtin_expect.
