* Makerules (compile.S, COMPILE.S): Remove -DASSEMBLER here. Use $(S-CPPFLAGS) in place of $(asm-CPPFLAGS). (S-CPPFLAGS): Add -DASSEMBLER here instead. (generate-md5, +make-deps): Fix magic to get $(S-CPPFLAGS).
